Over the last number of months ELY have been actively supporting an increasing number of clients through the broad range of services which the centre provide to support victims and survivors and their families.
From April to August we have witnessed an increasing number of talking and complementary therapy referrals which is demonstrated below, along with a large increase of clients being supported through our expanding welfare services.
Ely have been supporting an increasing number of clients through the TPDPS and we do not anticipate the demand in referrals for this service reducing as we enter the Autumn Period.
Our social support programmes have been extremely well attended over the past number of months with clients enjoying the broad ranges of events/ classes and activities that have been delivered.
We have been very encouraged by the high attendance rates for clients from our southern area who have participating in our new Southern Social support programme and we aim to expand this service provision during the Autumn Period.
We would like to thank all who have attended our services and events and provided feedback to the staff to assist us in providing services which aim to tackle to the various issues and needs which many victims and survivors continue to experience.
With over 1100 clients supported through our services, the need for our support services has never been greater.
